When will my doctor have results?

We pride ourselves on quick results! Usually, reports are sent to the referring practitioner within 24 hours. Occasionally, more complicated reports that need multi-Radiologist consultations can take slightly longer, up to 48 hours.

How can I see my results?

You can apply for an account to view your images and reports

Please be aware that images are available immediately; however, reports are sent to your referring practitioner within 24 hours and will not be available on the patient app for 14 days.

This deliberate delay allows your referring practitioner to review and interpret the results in the context of your overall medical history and determine any necessary treatment plan. By doing this, we aim to prevent any potential misinterpretation or unnecessary anxiety that may arise from patients viewing or misinterpreting any uncontextualized medical information.
